A private environment built for
serious builders.

The MONTI Hub is not a course. It is not a Facebook group. It is a curated membership community for the people who are actively building Montessori-aligned educational environments — microschools, home programs, and professional classrooms — and who require something beyond what generic educator communities provide.

Inside the Hub, you get direct access to the MONTI curriculum library before public release, live collaborative sessions with the MONTI team, peer exchange with other verified builders, and early access to every AI-powered tool we develop. The selection process is intentional. Every member is reviewed by a human.

This is not designed for everyone. It is designed to be exactly right for the people who belong here.

"The environment is the third teacher — and the community you build inside is just as formative as the materials you place on the shelf."
— MONTI Design Philosophy

Five reasons the Hub
works differently.

01

Exclusive Curriculum Drops

Every new MONTI framework, observation tool, scope and sequence document, and lesson sequence is released to Hub members first — often weeks before public availability. You build your program with the most current materials before anyone else.

First Access
02

Live Collaborative Sessions

Monthly live sessions with the MONTI team covering curriculum implementation, environment design, observation practice, and business operations for educational environments. Live, interactive, and responsive to your actual questions.

Live Access
03

AI Tool Beta Access

Every AI-powered curriculum tool, lesson planner, observation assistant, and assessment generator we build is tested first inside the Hub. You shape the product. You use it before the market does.

Beta First
04

Peer Cohort Exchange

The people you are surrounded by inside the Hub are building real programs. A microschool founder in Texas. A home educator in Georgia. A school director in California. The exchange is practical, specific, and grounded.

Peer Network
05

Direct Expert Input

Submit your questions, your room layout, your curriculum plan, your program structure — and get direct, specific, expert feedback from the MONTI team. A human who knows the material and has reviewed your actual environment.

Expert Access

Three kinds of people
who thrive in the Hub.

The Microschool Founder

You are building a program — 4 families or 40 — and you need peer founders, current curriculum frameworks, and expert input that goes beyond generic advice.

The Serious Home Educator

You have moved beyond the starter curriculum and the Pinterest boards. You know the principles, and now you need implementation support, peer exchange, and materials that match your standards.

The Educational Leader

You are directing a program, a campus, or an organization and you need a framework that is defensible, science-grounded, and current.

What we look for
in every applicant.

  • Active builder — You are currently operating, building, or seriously planning a Montessori-aligned educational environment. Not someday. Now.
  • Foundational literacy — You understand core Montessori principles. You may not be AMI-trained. You must know what sensitive periods are and why they matter.
  • Intellectual seriousness — You read. You research. You are willing to be wrong and to update your practice based on evidence.
  • Commitment to children — Your work is ultimately in service of children and families. Not certification. Not aesthetics. The child is the purpose.
  • Collaborative intent — You are willing to give as well as receive. You share your experience, your questions, and your hard-won lessons with the cohort.
